Filmmakers Jamie Howell (left) and Guy Evans

Jamie Howell and Guy Evans worked for two years to produce “Broken Limbs” handling every element of production from writing, filming and editing to composing and performing music for the soundtrack. Their ultimate goal is to help change how people think about food and farming.

JAMIE HOWELL is the founder and owner of Howell at the Moon where he writes and produces award-winning documentary, commercial and literary work. His 2011 documentary “Pedal-Driven: a bike-umentary” is currently touring internationally and received Best Cinematography at the 2011 DocUTAH festival as well as being named a finalist at the Banff International Mountain Film Festival.

GUY EVANS currently owns and operates the Sunshine Farm Market in Chelan, WA. After making “Broken Limbs” he returned to the family farm in 2004 to help his dad expand and revamp the roadside market and, later, assist in the construction of the family’s on-farm winery, Tunnel Hill Winery. Along with his wife Rachel, they are raising their daughter, Jessie, as the fifth generation of the family to farm in the valley.
